Jiang Zhuoer: If Bitcoin surges before the rate hike, I will consider shorting; the biggest variable lies in the tone of Warsh's speech.

BlockBeats news, September 16: Jiang Zhuoer, founder of LEBIT Mining Pool (B.TOP), stated in a post that yesterday U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a net outflow of $450 million, the highest since June 25, 2026; spot Ethereum ETFs saw a net outflow of $141 million, the highest since January 30, 2026.

He pointed out that Coinbase's negative premium continued to widen today, indicating that funds from U.S. markets such as ETFs may still be selling. If Bitcoin spikes before the Federal Reserve announces its interest rate decision, he personally plans to consider shorting.

A 25 basis point rate hike by the Federal Reserve this time is basically certain, and the dot plot will most likely show one more rate hike within the year; the biggest variable in the market lies in whether Federal Reserve Chairman Warsh's post-meeting remarks lean hawkish or dovish.
