BlockBeats news, September 15 - Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett reported that crypto industry insiders expect the U.S. Democratic Party's counterproposal based on the Clarity Act to address most, if not all, of the Republican Party's targeted amendments from last night.

It remains unclear whether the Republican Party will make further concessions before tomorrow's vote, or tell the Democratic Party to "vote first to get on board if you want more changes."
