Beating AI News Flash: The official desktop client for DeepSeek Harness has appeared on the main branch of the official repository. It is based on Electron and directly turns the existing Harness Web UI into a standalone app, so users no longer need to start the web service themselves.
The code already includes the build, signing, notarization, auto-update, and upload processes for macOS and Windows installation packages, and the production update address already points to `download.deepseek.com`. Recent commits mainly fix issues related to packaging, notarization, and startup recovery.
Officials have not yet announced a release date, and there are no installation packages in GitHub Releases. However, judging from the completeness of the code, the desktop client has already entered the final pre-release stage.
