Trump says he does not regret going to war with Iran

BlockBeats news, September 11: U.S. President Trump said on September 10 local time during a program aired on Fox News that although the war against Iran could affect the upcoming U.S. midterm elections, he does not regret launching the war.

Trump said he "does not agree with the word 'regret'" and that "if I could do it all over again, I would do it exactly the way I did before." Trump also rejected speculation that some of his supporters are "dissatisfied and demoralized because of this war."

He said, "I don't think they are demoralized. I think they are very proud, because I did not let Iran have nuclear weapons." Trump also reiterated that the war will end immediately after the midterm elections.
