JD Cloud plans to collaborate with Moore Threads to build a 100,000-GPU domestic cluster.

BlockBeats News, September 9 - At the 2026 JD Global Technology Explorer Conference today, JD Cloud announced plans to collaborate with Moore Threads to build a 100,000-GPU full-capability cluster, creating a large-scale domestic intelligent computing infrastructure. The cluster will focus on areas such as large model training, inference, and embodied intelligence, and will open computing power to the entire industry.


The two parties will carry out full-stack collaboration around chips, cloud platforms, and model training, supporting the iteration of JD's JoyAI large models, accelerating model training, simulation, and high-quality data generation, with a focus on serving supply chain AI, embodied intelligence, integrated large model training and inference, and industrial applications.


Previously, JD Cloud had already built a domestic 10,000-GPU cluster with partners including Moore Threads. This further plan for a 100,000-GPU cluster signifies that the collaboration between the two parties is gradually extending from model development and inference platforms to ultra-large-scale computing infrastructure. Moore Threads stated that the 100,000-GPU AI factory will cover scenarios such as large model training, token production, and agent training, while serving various industries.


Moore Threads has been making steady progress in commercialization recently. The company achieved revenue of 1.736 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 147.42%, with cloud product revenue reaching 1.693 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 97.5%. The company has previously completed the deployment of a 10,000-GPU intelligent computing cluster and continues to advance the development of GPUs, interconnection networks, software stacks, and computing power scheduling platforms required for a 100,000-GPU cluster.
