Ethereum Foundation Releases Ratings for 62 EIPs in Hegotá Upgrade, Aiming for Quantum-Resistant Ethereum L1 by End of 2029

BlockBeats News, September 7 - The Ethereum Foundation (EF) stated that the Protocol Cluster has released two new articles providing a systematic assessment of the next network upgrade, Hegotá. Among them, "Hegotá EIP Opinion Post and Tier List" evaluates and grades the 62 EIPs currently proposed, marking the first time the team has issued a unified EIP rating list for a network upgrade.

According to the introduction, approximately 60 researchers, engineers, and domain experts from 9 teams under the Protocol Cluster participated in the review, submitting a total of 397 rating opinions and conducting on-site discussions on controversial proposals.
