Ethereum Foundation Releases Ratings for 62 EIPs in Hegotá Upgrade, Aiming for Quantum-Resistant Ethereum L1 by End of 2029

Among them, "Hegotá EIP Opinion Post and Tier List" evaluates and grades the 62 EIPs currently proposed, marking the first time the team has issued a unified EIP rating list for a network upgrade.

According to the announcement, approximately 60 researchers, engineers, and domain experts from 9 teams under the Protocol Cluster participated in the review, submitting a total of 397 rating opinions and holding live discussions on contentious proposals.
