After facing scrutiny, the publisher Sultan Alfaifi clarified that HUMAIN M3 was developed based on the M3 model from the Chinese AI company MiniMax.

Both HUMAIN M3 and MiniMax M3 adopt a hybrid expert architecture, with a total of 428 billion parameters and 23 billion activation parameters.
