Hyperliquid is currently in talks with the parent company of Kraken to enter the US market.

BlockBeats News, September 1st, according to Bloomberg, Hyperliquid Labs is in deep negotiations with Kraken's parent company Payward, planning to offer perpetual futures trading to American traders through the latter. Just weeks ago, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that his administration is working to drive this rapidly growing platform into the U.S. market.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed that if the deal receives regulatory approval, U.S. users will be able to trade perpetual futures on Bitnomial, a platform under Payward, partially linked to token prices built on Hyperliquid's blockchain technology. As they are not authorized to discuss the matter publicly, the sources requested anonymity.

Representatives from Payward and Hyperliquid Labs both declined to comment.
