BlockBeats News, August 26th, Bitcoin has recently risen to near $80,000 and the momentum has slowed down. Traders are now waiting for U.S. inflation data and further policy signals from the Fed.
Currently, Bitcoin has increased by about 22% since August 20th, during which it was supported by strong fund inflows into a Bitcoin ETF. However, as the price quickly rose, profit-taking and technical overbought conditions may limit further short-term gains.
From a technical perspective, the $80,000 level is currently a key resistance. If Bitcoin can sustainably break through $83,000, the subsequent upside potential may further open up, with the target range pointing to $95,000 to $100,000.
