Meituan Initiates 2027 Campus Recruitment, with a Focus on AI and Overseas Business

According to Dongcha Beating monitoring, Meituan officially launched its 2027 campus recruitment today, opening more than 100 positions in 10 categories including technology, product, business analysis, operations, and retail to global graduates. The job locations cover dozens of cities worldwide, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Riyadh. Compared to previous years, this year's campus recruitment is clearly tilted towards AI: it has added over ten AI-native positions such as AI Full-stack Engineer, AI Product Manager, and Intelligent Business Analyst, with over 80% of the positions explicitly requiring AI application capabilities.

At the same time, through the "LongCat Top Talent Campus Recruitment" and the "Beidou Plan," Meituan is focusing on recruiting cutting-edge technology talents in areas such as large models, embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, and drones. It will also continue to develop special overseas business projects to cultivate international talents for overseas businesses like Keeta. Meituan has stated that this year it is particularly focusing on candidates with an "AI Native" mindset, hoping that they will proactively use AI to solve business problems and actively promote implementation on the front line.
