BlockBeats News, August 3rd, Israeli AI security startup Zenity announced the completion of a $125 million Series C funding round, led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, LG Technology Ventures, and other institutions.
Zenity focuses on the enterprise AI Agent security field, aiming to address the security, governance, and permission control issues faced by enterprises deploying autonomous AI systems. The company believes that the future AI risk comes not only from the model itself but also from the impact of AI Agents gaining autonomous task execution capabilities on enterprise systems, data, and business processes.
Currently, enterprises are rapidly deploying AI Agents capable of executing tasks, making decisions, and connecting internal systems. Zenity stated that the application speed of AI Agents in the Asia-Pacific markets such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia is surpassing the previous AI technology wave.
The funds from this round will be used to expand Zenity's business in the Asia-Pacific and European markets. Currently, the company has approximately 230 employees, with its R&D center in Tel Aviv and operational headquarters in New York.
Zenity focuses on serving heavily regulated industries such as finance, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and energy, which are applying AI Agents to internal processes as well as customer-facing scenarios such as customer service and ticket processing.
