Strategy sold coins last week at a loss of approximately $18.77 million, while Bitmine's overall position is at an unrealized loss of about $8.871 billion.

BlockBeats News, August 3rd, according to EmberCN monitoring, last week, there was a divergence in operations among cryptocurrency treasury companies: Bitcoin treasury company Strategy, MicroStrategy sold BTC again after a month, while the Ethereum treasury company Bitmine continued to accumulate ETH.


The data shows that Strategy sold 1638 BTC last week at a price of approximately $63,957 per coin, with a total value of about $105 million. The selling price this time was $11,462 lower than its average holding cost, resulting in an actual loss of about $18.77 million. Currently, Strategy holds a total of 842,138 BTC, with an average holding cost of $75,419 per coin, a book loss of about $10.829 billion, and a loss of approximately 17%.


Meanwhile, Bitmine bought 10,399 ETH last week at a price of around $1,909 per coin, investing about $19.85 million. The company currently holds 5,797,813 ETH, with a total value of about $10.674 billion, an average holding cost of $3,371 per coin, a book loss of about $8.871 billion, and a loss of approximately 45.4%.


According to statistics, since the launch of the Ethereum treasury strategy, Bitmine has consistently maintained a record of weekly ETH purchases.
