The United States Welcomes an ETF Listing Craze: 1,001 Listings in Two Months, with Over Half Including Derivatives, and One-Third Being Leveraged ETFs

BlockBeats News, August 2nd, the U.S. ETF industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, with a total of 1001 ETFs launched in the United States in the past two months. The number of ETFs launched in the past two months is greater than the total for the first half of 2024. Of all the ETFs launched this year, 54% include a derivatives component, and over 33% of ETFs are classified as leveraged or inverse funds.


Furthermore, as of this year, many fund issuers have already submitted registration applications for over 1,000 leveraged ETFs, indicating that more of such products are expected to be launched in the future.
