The U.S. is planning to invest $874 million to support semiconductor research and development, with Graviton receiving up to $300 million in funding.

BlockBeats News, July 29th, the United States announced a memorandum of understanding for a total of $8.74 billion in semiconductor research and development investment to further enhance the domestic chip technology research capabilities. At the same time, the U.S. side announced that the wafer foundry company GlobalFoundries will receive up to $3 billion in government funding to support its semiconductor research and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
