Morgan Stanley Backs SpaceX: Target Price $300, Anticipates Revenue to Soar 17-Fold in Five Years

BlockBeats News, July 20th, Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas, who is responsible for long-term tracking research on SpaceX, has set a price target of $300 per share for SpaceX. This target implies a huge upside potential, more than doubling the current stock price. However, such an ambitious target price hinges on SpaceX being far more than just a space stock. It is essentially a bet on vertical integration.

Morgan Stanley expects SpaceX to grow at a staggering pace in the foreseeable future. The research assumes that SpaceX's revenue will grow from $18.7 billion in 2025 to $319 billion in 2030 and then to $33 trillion in 2040. Most of this growth comes from the artificial intelligence sector, and Morgan Stanley expects SpaceX to help build global connectivity and AI infrastructure.
