The two parties will jointly establish the Institute of Intelligent Agents to conduct collaborative research on topics such as the intelligent agent network and economic principles, AI Safety, exploring the foundational theories, core technologies, standard systems, and industrial paradigms of the Agent era.

The two parties have jointly proposed the "Five Global New Propositions of the Intelligent Agent Era," addressing foundational issues that human society must collectively face as intelligent agents massively enter the real world from the perspectives of action rights, responsibility order, security paradigm, economic foundation, and human-machine symbiosis.
