Binance will adjust the funding rate mechanism for SKHYNIXUSDT, SAMSUNGUSDT, and HYUNDAIUSDT perpetual contracts.

BlockBeats News, July 14th. Binance announced that starting from July 14th at 16:15 (UTC), the funding rate mechanism of SKHYNIXUSDT, SAMSUNGUSDT, and HYUNDAIUSDT U perpetual contracts will be adjusted, changing the funding rate settlement period from every 8 hours to every 4 hours.

At the same time, the upper and lower limits of the above contract funding rates will be uniformly adjusted to ±0.50%. The funding rate adjustments for SAMSUNGUSDT and HYUNDAIUSDT will take effect starting from 20:00 (UTC) on July 14th, while SKHYNIXUSDT will implement the ±0.50% rate limit upon settlement at 16:00 (UTC).

Binance stated that it will dynamically adjust contract parameters based on market risk conditions in the future, including funding rates, minimum price increments, maximum leverage, and margin requirements.
