BlockBeats News, July 13th, according to a report released by Bank of America on July 11th, the ASP-driven supercycle in the global memory industry is still ongoing, with global DRAM revenue expected to grow by 325% YoY to $568.8 billion by 2026.
The report projects that NAND revenue will also increase by 299% during the same period, reaching $323.1 billion; the combined revenue of DRAM and NAND will total $891.8 billion, a 315% growth from 2025. By 2027, the combined revenue of these two product categories may further rise to $1.25 trillion.
Bank of America stated that this round of growth is mainly driven by price rebound rather than a simple increase in shipments. The bank predicts that the average selling price of DRAM will increase by 249% YoY in 2026, while the average selling price of NAND will increase by 238%.
