Bank of America: Memory Market Could See a Super Cycle, DRAM Revenue Expected to More Than Triple by 2026

BlockBeats News, July 13th - In a research report released on July 11th, Bank of America stated that the ASP-driven super cycle in the global memory industry is still ongoing, with global DRAM revenue expected to grow by 325% to $568.8 billion in 2026.

The report projected that NAND revenue would grow by 299% during the same period, reaching $323.1 billion. Combined DRAM and NAND revenue will reach $891.8 billion, a 315% increase from 2025. By 2027, the combined revenue of the two product categories may further rise to $1.25 trillion.

Bank of America stated that this round of growth is mainly driven by price rebound rather than mere shipment growth. The bank expects the average selling price of DRAM to increase by 249% in 2026 and NAND's average selling price to increase by 238%.
