After Apple sued OpenAI, Musk called Ultraman a fraud, and Ultraman sarcastically remarked that Musk was promising the moon to his shareholders.

According to Dynamic Insight Beating Monitor, after Apple sued OpenAI for stealing hardware secrets, Musk immediately seized the opportunity, stating that Sam Altman had "elevated fraud to a new level".

He also posted a meme of Altman saying "I do this because of love", sarcastically suggesting that he "may be more passionate about fraud than anyone else in the world".

Altman hit back, claiming that Musk is the one selling the story of "launching data centers into space in the short term" to stock market investors.

Musk responded by stating that the related equipment will be launched next year and mocking Altman: "You can come see if the parole officer approves."

At the same time, Musk continued his full-on attack, alleging that Altman first "stole an open-source AI nonprofit organization" and now "stole all of Apple's phone technology", questioning what he plans to steal next.
