BlockBeats News, June 30th, CNN reported on June 29th that there are currently three different shipping lanes in the Strait of Hormuz:
The first shipping lane is located in the northern part of the Strait of Hormuz and is controlled by Iran. The second shipping lane passes through the central part of the strait, which was the regular international route before the Strait of Hormuz was blocked. The third shipping lane is located in the southern part of the strait, passing through waters near Oman, and is operated in coordination with Oman, the United States, and the International Maritime Organization. Market analysts say that due to the different management of the multiple shipping lanes, the shipping order in the Strait of Hormuz has become more complex.
