WSJ: Iran Says It Will Again Block Key Strait of Hormuz Shipping Route If Unable to Secure Sole Control Through Talks

BlockBeats News, June 30th, according to WSJ, sources said that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has informed the mediators that if Iran cannot obtain assurance of sole control of the Strait of Hormuz during the Doha talks, it will again close the waterway.


The Revolutionary Guard also demanded that the United States and other countries abandon plans for vessels to navigate through the waters south of the strait near Oman.
