Each equipment company is verbally coordinating the quantity of equipment that can be delivered next year. The equipment industry expects that the factory will order approximately 200 units of equipment, including HBM4 testers. Calculated at a price of 1.5 billion to 2 billion Korean won per unit, the total price could reach up to 400 billion Korean won (about $2.59 billion). (TheElec)
