Marvell's New CFO Sells Company Stock

BlockBeats News, June 25th, according to public information, Marvell's newly appointed CFO, Daniel Durn, sold 2,250 shares of Marvell stock, worth $632,000.


This month, Marvell's former Chief Financial Officer, Willem Meintjes, filed Form 144 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), disclosing the sale of 207,329 shares of common stock, with an expected cash-out amount of approximately $60.13 million. The transaction price was $290.03 per share.


Meintjes notified the company of his resignation as CFO on June 10th and officially stepped down on June 15th. He was succeeded by Dan Durn, the former CFO of Adobe.
