Report: NVIDIA's 800V High-Voltage DC Power Supply Rack Expected to Ship in Q3

BlockBeats News, June 25th. According to the well-known consulting firm Tech Industry TrendForce, Nvidia is developing an 800V high-voltage DC power supply rack, expected to be shipped in the third quarter of 2026 as an optional configuration for the Vera Rubin platform.

The report states that the power consumption of the Rubin Ultra generation rack will soar to about 660kW, and the next-generation air-cooling system can reach 1.2-1.3MW. The 800V power supply will become significantly popular after the second half of 2027.

It is worth noting that the report itself did not mention the specific stock names benefiting from this development. However, based on previous public information, companies such as Vertiv and Eaton have clearly been cooperating with NVIDIA to promote the 800VDC platform design.
