Serenity Lists U.S. Stock 'Oversold' Watchlist: Rate Hike Actually a Benefit for CRCL, AI Focus on AAOI, JBL

BlockBeats News, June 24th. Serenity's post stated that from the perspective of band trading and arbitrage, some "oversold" targets in the current U.S. stock market are worth noting. CRCL fell from $132 to $78, and the interest rate hike is actually beneficial to this target; NFLX has fallen by 41.6% in the past year. Although it may lack blockbuster content like "Squid Game," its business is still growing; ETHA and IBIT correspond to about $1650 for ETH and about $62,000 for BTC, with a positive view on the $1500 to $1700 range for ETH and the current vicinity of Bitcoin.

From the perspective of band trading, ASTS seems to always be able to recover from around $70; META and MSFT have plummeted significantly from their highs due to capital expenditure pressure, but the growth of both companies is still strong; UPWK currently has a very low P/E ratio and may be worth reexamining; RDDT is currently around $170, and selling cash-secured put options or a bear put spread near $150 may be more ideal.

Regarding AI-related targets, Serenity stated that AI infrastructure spending will continue to rise until 2028, so investment is still focused on bottlenecks. Personally, they find AAOI very attractive around $150, and JBL is also attractive around $370, near a $390 billion market cap. If TSM is raising prices, its $1.9 trillion market cap may be underestimated, and there are reports of around a 10% price increase bringing about a 2-percentage-point margin enhancement.

Serenity added that they still hold EWY and storage-related exposure but will not continue to increase their positions. For targets like INTC and MRVL, they believe that if there are no positions, the current prices are reasonable, and with the overall market's extremely high implied volatility, it may be more suitable to sell cash-secured put options.
