Strait of Hormuz Security Threat Level Lowered to "Medium," Shipping Traffic Resumes but Disruption Persists

BlockBeats News, June 22nd, the latest report from the Joint Maritime Information Center (JMIC) shows that the security threat level in the Strait of Hormuz has been downgraded from the highest level to "medium." The number of transiting vessels through the Oman and Iran routes has started to increase, indicating a de-escalation of the situation.

However, JMIC also warned that navigation signals in the waterway are still being disrupted, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard continues to issue calls to passing vessels, indicating that the navigation risk has not been completely eliminated.

The current situation remains fluid, and the shipping industry and related markets continue to closely monitor further developments.
