BlockBeats News, June 21st. Tech entrepreneur Peter Diamandis recently shared a prediction made by Elon Musk. Musk stated that, following the current trends and assuming there is no outbreak of a third world war, the global economy is expected to grow 10 times in the next 10 years, with humanity simultaneously establishing a permanent base on the Moon.
Musk admitted that this prediction "sounds quite crazy," but he believes it is actually a "fairly conservative forecast." He also emphasized that geopolitical risk is the biggest variable in the above outlook—"if something like World War III breaks out, it will cause significant deviations from these plans or expectations."
Musk then retweeted the post and commented, "Wild times ahead!"
