BlockBeats News, June 19th, according to Xinhua News Agency, the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs announced on its website on the 19th that the US-Iran talks scheduled to take place near Mount Pilatus in central Switzerland on that day have been canceled.

The statement said that the talks involving the United States, Iran, Qatar, and Pakistan have been postponed. "Switzerland remains willing to facilitate these talks. The relevant preparations for Mount Pilatus will continue."

Swiss Broadcasting Corporation's website reported earlier that the Mount Pilatus area was bustling that day, with luxury cars bearing diplomatic license plates, police on duty, and visible military cordons.

Switzerland had approved the deployment of troops on the 17th to arrange the US-Iran talks planned for the 19th at Mount Pilatus, providing security support. At the same time, it approved the temporary closure of some airspace in the Mount Pilatus area during the talks.
