SpaceX is set to acquire the parent company of Cursor, valuing the equity at $60 billion.

BlockBeats News, June 16th, the US Securities and Exchange Commission filing shows that SpaceX (SPCX.O) will acquire Anysphere through a merger, with the transaction valuing Anysphere's equity at $60 billion.

SpaceX stated that if the transaction is terminated under certain circumstances, SpaceX will be required to pay Anysphere $4 billion as a regulatory breakup fee.

Anysphere is a US Silicon Valley-based artificial intelligence (AI) software startup known worldwide for developing the revolutionary AI-native code editor, Cursor.
