The United States Launches Second Round of Strikes Against Iran

BlockBeats News, June 10th, according to CNN, a U.S. official stated that the latest U.S. military strikes aimed to send a warning signal to Iran, with the U.S. believing that these strikes would not hinder negotiations aimed at ending the war. The U.S. Central Command described it in a statement as a "proportional response to Iran's unwarranted aggression." U.S. officials mentioned that a second round of strikes against Iran is currently underway, targeting air defense and radar systems.

A source familiar with the matter stated that an Iranian drone had previously targeted a U.S. helicopter. A U.S. official also mentioned that it is currently unclear whether the drone intentionally targeted the Apache helicopter or accidentally brought it down.

Subsequently, the Iran Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps posted on social media that they had "launched missiles and drones at U.S. targets in the region."
