Grayscale has submitted the fifth amended filing for the Hyperliquid Staking ETF, intending to use 2 million HYPE tokens as the seed asset

The filing indicates that the ETF still plans to use approximately 2 million HYPE tokens as the seed asset, with a calculated value of around $130 million at the current price. However, crucial information such as the management fee rate has not been disclosed in the document so far.
