Senator Lummis: If Missed This Congress, Crypto Legislation Window May Be Pushed to 2030

BlockBeats News, May 30th, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis from Wyoming stated that the next important window for digital asset legislation may not come until 2030. Until then, crypto developers will continue to face a lack of legal protection, and law enforcement agencies will lack effective tools to hold bad actors accountable.

Lummis emphasized that the Clarity Act aims to address both of these issues, providing a clearer regulatory framework for the digital asset industry and giving law enforcement the necessary tools for regulation and enforcement.
