The draft includes an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire on all fronts; mutual commitment not to target infrastructure; freedom of navigation in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz will be guaranteed under a joint monitoring mechanism; sanctions on Iran will be gradually lifted in exchange for Iran's compliance with the agreement terms; negotiations on unresolved issues will commence within a maximum of seven days.
