According to Motion AI's monitoring, at a recent Tencent shareholders meeting, Pony Ma admitted that Tencent's AI development is like "being on a leaking ship" and urgently needs to speed up. Right after this statement, Tencent unveiled two Vibe Coding (zero-code app generation) products for consumers: an independent app called Toast and an AI post function built into QQ.
Toast has been launched on the Android App Store, positioning itself as an app generation and collaborative platform for inspiration. After users input natural language, the AI will automatically break down the functions and package them into an APK file that can be directly installed. During the public beta period, this product provides 5 free generation quotas per day and includes an Inspiration Square, allowing users to share self-made apps for others to replicate or remix with one click.
QQ's AI post function, currently in internal testing, directly integrates the generation capability with its social foundation. Users can post the generated lightweight tools and AI mini-games directly as social posts. Within QQ channels, users can play AI-generated games like "Star Wars" directly without leaving the platform, participate in community rankings, and engage in remixing.
