Fed Survey: By 2025, Americans are Already Highly Concerned About Inflation

BlockBeats News, May 13th, according to the Federal Reserve's annual survey, the majority of Americans will still be concerned about high prices in 2025, while anxiety about the job market is also on the rise. Against the backdrop of near-stagnant job growth last year, 42% of adults said "finding a job or keeping a job" caused varying degrees of concern, up from 37% in 2024.

At the same time, about nine-tenths of respondents said they were concerned about rising prices. The survey was conducted in October last year, before the Iran War broke out, yet affordability issues in 2025 were already widespread, and are expected to become a key issue in the upcoming mid-term elections.
