Arbitrum DAO Proposal Update, Court Amends Restraining Order, Agrees to Transfer Frozen ETH to Aave LLC

BlockBeats News, May 12th, According to official sources, following the Arbitrum DAO proposal update on May 1st, a plaintiff in an unrelated case obtained a restraining order against the Arbitrum DAO, regarding the frozen ETH from the rsETH incident. Shortly after, Aave LLC filed an emergency motion to vacate.

On May 8th, the court modified the restraining order to allow for an on-chain Arbitrum vote and transfer of the frozen ETH to Aave LLC. Post-transfer, the restraining order will be attached to Aave LLC.

The revised constitutional AIP maintains the asset recovery intention approved by the Arbitrum DAO, with the ETH still intended for the rsETH incident recovery. Aave LLC will comply with all court obligations throughout the litigation process.
