Iran Proposes Negotiation Plan with Three Phases

BlockBeats News, April 27th - Iranian officials have reportedly conveyed to the US a three-stage negotiation plan through intermediaries. The focus of the first stage of the talks is to bring an end to the hostilities and secure guarantees to prevent a new war against Iran and Lebanon. If an agreement is reached in the first stage, the parties will move on to the second stage, which will specifically address the issue of managing the Strait of Hormuz. The third stage pertains to the nuclear issue, but Iran will not engage in nuclear talks until agreements are reached in the first two stages. (CCTV)
