Prominent Trader: Predicts Bitcoin's Current Bottom Should Be at $42,680

BlockBeats News, April 25th, prominent trader Killa (@KillaXBT) posted that he had accurately predicted the Bitcoin top last year (forecasted $121,362, actual $126,100).

As such, using the same diminishing cycle and pattern recognition model, Killa estimated the base of this Bitcoin bottom should be at $38,800, but considering a 5% deviation, he anticipates the bottom could occur between $40,740 and $42,680. Killa reiterated that the current price will not be the bottom anyway, and he will "buy as much spot as possible around July/August".

Killa, as a BTC-focused quantitative trader, previously predicted the peak of this bull market in May 2025, having over 180,000 followers on Platform X. In mid-April, he shorted Bitcoin at $74,688 and is currently at a floating loss.
