BlockBeats News, April 21st, Bitcoin Core released v31.0. The main updates in this release are as follows:
Improved Mempool logic, nodes can now more accurately assess the overall value of a set of related transactions to determine whether to keep, forward, or include them in a block;
Regular transfer users will be minimally affected, but users employing RBF, CPFP, Lightning Network, complex wallets, or server-side wallets may experience changes in transaction acceptance/rejection behavior;
Enhanced privacy broadcasting function, supporting sendrawtransaction broadcasting via Tor/I2P, where the recipient cannot determine the transaction initiator's IP address and geographical location.
