According to Data Beating monitoring, the National Bureau of Statistics of China has released a draft for public comment on the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of High-Quality Industry Datasets." It proposes innovating business models for high-quality industry datasets, improving the long-term operation mechanism of datasets, encouraging datasets to be listed and traded on data trading platforms and other data circulation service agencies, developing various service forms such as a "subscription model," "marketplace model," and "customization model," and promoting the evolution of business models from selling basic data packages to API calls, model-based solutions, and full-stack services. It explores new transaction models such as element trading to build a data value system based on elements that is quantifiable and priceable.
