According to 1M AI News monitoring, The Information cited sources reporting that Anthropic is preparing to launch two new products as early as this week: the next-generation flagship model Claude Opus 4.7 and an AI design tool. Within hours of the news breaking, Adobe, Wix, and Figma saw their stock prices drop by over 2%.
The design tool is aimed at both technical and non-technical users, enabling the creation of presentations, websites, landing pages, and product pages using natural language prompts. It directly competes with AI presentation tool Gamma and Google's AI design tool Stitch.
The report also revealed that Opus 4.7 is not Anthropic's most powerful current model. Internally, they have another model called Claude Mythos, known for its advanced cybersecurity capabilities and currently being used by a few early partners to detect software security vulnerabilities. An Anthropic spokesperson declined to comment.
