Analysis: After Iran's epic "pump" of Bitcoin, they are expected to receive 4000 BTC during the ceasefire.

BlockBeats News, April 8th, today Iran powerfully empowered Bitcoin through the Strait of Hormuz, requiring shipping companies to pay a Bitcoin-denominated toll fee for oil tankers passing through the strait during a two-week ceasefire, with a fee of $1 per barrel of oil, and empty tankers can pass through for free. "Once the email arrives and Iran completes the assessment, the ship will have a few seconds to pay in Bitcoin, ensuring that it cannot be traced or confiscated due to sanctions."

According to a source from the International Energy Agency (IEA), if the Strait of Hormuz traffic resumes as usual during the ceasefire, approximately 20 million barrels of crude oil and petroleum products will pass through per day. Iran will receive 20 million dollars' worth of Bitcoin for this, totaling an estimated 280 million dollars' worth of Bitcoin during the two-week ceasefire, equivalent to about 4000 coins at the current price.

BlockBeats notes that the analysis is only a theoretical calculation based on normal daily traffic. The actual amount may differ due to exemptions for empty tankers, enforcement issues, or a significant decrease in traffic due to current geopolitical factors. Furthermore, the implementation of the Bitcoin toll fee scheme remains to be seen.
