Shield: HyperEVM Not Forked, Block Explorer Frontend Out of Sync

BlockBeats News, April 2nd, Pard announced a clarification that HyperEVM did not experience a network outage. The current issue is strictly confined to the block explorer frontend, where the failure to sync/display new blocks has caused users to be unable to view data.

Prior to this, the community and some monitoring tools detected abnormal interactions at the HyperEVM level, leading to speculation of a "network failure."
