Neutron announces NTRN Redemption is now live, deposit window open until April 30th

BlockBeats News, April 1st, the Cosmos ecosystem project Neutron announced that NTRN redemption is now live, allowing holders to permanently burn their NTRN in exchange for a pro-rata share of the USDC pool. The NTRN deposit window is from April 1st to April 30th, USDC redemption requests will open on May 1st, and USDC redemption requests will close on June 30th. Foundation-held NTRN (estimated around 32.4 million tokens) will not participate in the redemption and will be burned.

In previous news, the Cosmos ecosystem project Neutron announced it would transition to long-term maintenance mode. DEX and Supervault will go into withdrawal-only mode no later than April 17th, with Hadron Labs taking over network maintenance until June 30, 2026, followed by the release of manual withdrawal instructions. Governance will transition from a custom system to the standard Cosmos staking model, inflation will be dynamically adjusted, and the validator set will be reduced.
