Qianwen launches a Ride-Hailing Skill, with alpha testing of fuzzy command inference: Saying "Go to the place where Xu Xian met Bai Suzhen" will directly hail a ride to West Lake Broken Bridge

According to 1M AI News monitoring, Ali's Thousand Q&A platform has launched taxi-hailing capabilities, allowing users to complete operations such as selecting a car model, adding waypoints, and scheduling a ride through a single natural language sentence. This feature supports personalized request descriptions, such as "I want a car with fresh air, priced below 30 RMB" or "A smooth-driving experienced driver," where the system automatically matches the corresponding car model and service. It can also handle complex scenarios: when a user says "A family of six going to Shichahai to watch the sunset," the system automatically recommends a business vehicle; or says "Going to the hospital with a patient in the car," it prioritizes matching with a smooth-driving vehicle and can convey requests to the driver, such as "Please open the window for ventilation in advance."

Thousand Q&A also features fuzzy command reasoning capabilities during internal testing. When a user says "Help me hail a ride to the place where Xuanzhen met Bai Suzhen," Thousand Q&A infers that the destination is the Broken Bridge at West Lake in Hangzhou and directly hails a ride there; or says "Help me hail a ride to the filming location of Little Xitian in The Mythical Journey of Wu Kong," it hails a ride to the mountaintop of Fenghuangshan in Xixian, Shanxi Province; or says "Help me hail a ride to the floating mountains of Pandora," it heads to Yuanjiajie in Zhangjiajie.

This feature also includes memory and scheduling capabilities. After users preset their home and work addresses, they can simply say "Hail a ride home" or "Leave work at 6:30 PM, help me schedule a ride home" to make a reservation. With support from the Alibaba ecosystem, Thousand Q&A currently integrates multiple services such as flight booking, hotel reservation, and taxi-hailing. Since the launch of the Thousand Q&A "AI Errands" feature in November last year, its usage has continued to grow, with 130 million users experiencing AI shopping services through the platform during this year's Spring Festival.
