WLFI releases the AgentPay SDK, USD1 becomes an economic operation layer designed specifically for autonomous AI systems

BlockBeats News, March 20th, According to official sources, World Liberty Financial (WLFI) officially released the AgentPay SDK—an open-source, self-hosted payment infrastructure designed for the AI Agent economy, built around the USD1 stablecoin. Key highlights include:

· AI Agents can autonomously hold, transfer, and use USD1 for payments on EVM-compatible chains

· Fully self-hosted: Private keys always remain on the operator's local machine, WLFI has zero data access

· Policy engine first: Every transaction must pass through user-defined policy checks, cannot be bypassed

· Manual approval mechanism: High-threshold transactions are automatically paused, awaiting manual confirmation (end-to-end encryption)

· Supports mainstream AI tools and Agents: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Goose, OpenClaw, etc.

· Built-in Bitrefill plugin: Agents can directly purchase gift cards, eSIMs, prepaid cards, etc.

· Fully open-source (MIT License), zero platform fees

Officials stated that the emergence of the AgentPay SDK signifies that USD1 is no longer just a traditional stablecoin but an economic operational layer designed specifically for autonomous AI systems. The AgentPay SDK is defining the default payment paradigm for the AI agent economy, allowing Agents to achieve "machine-speed" financial operations in a controlled, secure manner.
