Saylor University Receives Accreditation from the University of Florida, Launches Bitcoin Economics Specialization

BlockBeats News, March 18th, Saylor University (formerly Saylor Academy) officially received university accreditation from the Florida Department of Education on March 17th, along with accreditation from the international academic accreditation agency ASIC. Strategy founder Michael Saylor publicly confirmed this.

In terms of Bitcoin education, the institution offers a Bitcoin Economics specialization course covering the evolution of Bitcoin, its applications, and its impact on the global economic system. All related courses are openly available for free. After obtaining university accreditation, the institution's existing 4 Master of Business Administration courses have also been upgraded to formal degree programs, with each course consisting of 30 credits. These programs are offered online for free to students in Florida and globally. Additionally, the platform currently features over 150 free courses covering areas such as management, computer science, humanities, and career development.
