Circle Announces Addition of Microsoft's 'Experiences and Devices Group' President to Board of Directors

Koenigsbauer brings over 30 years of experience in building and expanding global enterprise software and commercial cloud services. Currently, he serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft's Experiences and Devices Group, overseeing the Microsoft 365 and Copilot businesses.

During his tenure at Microsoft, Koenigsbauer led the transition of Microsoft Office to the cloud, drove the launch of Office 365, spearheaded the development of the integrated productivity platform Microsoft 365, and helped establish Microsoft's security business.
