BlockBeats News, February 26th, according to Bloomberg, Malaysian-listed digital infrastructure provider Zetrix AI Bhd. has secured around $40 million in funding from the World Bank's investment arm, and plans to list its artificial intelligence subsidiary on Nasdaq by the end of this year.
Zetrix stated that this equity injection from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will be used to expand digital infrastructure coverage in Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.
IFC is a member of the World Bank Group specialized in investing in and providing financing to the private sector, primarily supporting enterprise development and infrastructure construction in emerging markets.
