BlockBeats News, January 20th, Zama officially announced that its token staking portal has been launched. All users who participated in the Zama public sale can immediately participate in staking starting from February 2nd when token distribution opens.
It is reported that each operator needs to stake ZAMA tokens to participate in protocol operation and receive corresponding staking rewards. When rewards are distributed, they are first divided by role (FHE node and KMS node), and then proportionally allocated within the role based on the square root of each operator's stake. FHE nodes receive 40% of the total reward amount, and KMS nodes receive 60%—this ratio will be dynamically adjusted based on the actual infrastructure costs of the two node types.
